@BHECCS doesn't receive any government funding and our amazing volunteers provide patient care supporting the NHS Ambulance service, they do this unpaid on their days off from NHS work. Please consider donating to BHECCS, our website with donation link is now live! Thank you
*PLEASE RT* 🚨 You can help save lives today! 🚨 Our website is now live, and you can donate right now to help keep our lifesaving teams out in Beds and Herts saving lives. We can’t operate without your support. 👇 👇 👇 bheccs.org.uk/support-us/

A sneak preview of our @Ldn_Ambulance APP Critical Care cars, which are arriving soon! These Volvo XC60s look very smart, converted by @HallsLtd. Our very own @nick_sillett had input into the design which is bespoke for APPCC. Looking forward to seeing them hit the streets.

A lovely surprise waiting in the APP office when I started my Christmas Day shift! Thank you @Ldn_Ambulance wellbeing team!

Really enjoyed a clinical shift with the boss @TimEdwards76 today, treated a number of patients across @Ldn_Ambulance Great to peer review each other, seeing how Tim works, and vice versa, these shifts help strengthen our governance, and develop the team with 1:1 mentorship.

    Replying to @claudelittner
Hi @claudelittner. We were the Paramedic team that looked after you. You're more than welcome, and we're glad to hear you are on the mend.

Volunteering for @BHECCS , responded from home along with Asher & we performed an anaesthetic for a critically unwell patient Normally these treatments wouldn't be available outside of hospital. Great to set up a charity scheme that has this capability for the sickest patients

So,we had a soft launch today! Great 1st ever shift for @BHECCS,kept busy by the critical care desk! We're slowly launching & reviewing each shift before we're fully live 4 activations, and 3 patients seen across Beds & Herts. Huge thanks to everyone who made this possible

Busy shift yesterday in @Ldn_Ambulance APPCC Had great company for the day, @liamsagi1 started the day properly washing the car! A late finish and many miles covered across London. Good discussions around how different systems care for critically unwell patients across the UK

He really wanted to drive the XC90 @jeanettegriggs before it went back, and as a responsible uncle, I let him! I hope you don't mind. He couldn't reach the pedals and see over the steering wheel at the same time, so we switched him to radio operator @BHECCS
