Is this the start of a thread of mistakes in news media? Maybe. Why is it so prevalent now? Was it always, but I’m just reading more news now? Does finding this equal parts fascinating and irritating make me a boring person?
“We’ve inherited an energy system which is in crisis” says Simeon Brown of the National Party…the party who privatised electricity generation, paying out billions to shareholders instead of investing in renewable energy. 🤦🏼♂️
Winona Ryder was a selling point for Stranger Things, she got cast because she was a drawcard (and fantastic). SHE made IT famous not the other way around.
Was waiting for the “random words” but like…all the terms in this video have been around forever at this point? And all the terminology here is self explanatory?
What a disgusting tweet. I embarrassed that this came from an actual political party in Aotearoa. How sad to see ACT stooping to personal attacks when they see something they disagree with.
She knew he left her back in the 60s and I assumed she thought maybe he wouldn’t recognise her “immediately” because…well, time has passed. I read it as her saying “look closely, do you see any resemblance to the young girl you left behind?”.
I’m the other way round. Ari is obscured, I’d have liked Cynthia’s head bowed and the smirk. No need for a red lip just like no need for a white witch’s hat for Glinda. Their film looks are their looks. This is just eh though.
This tweet was ALMOST verging on something approaching coherency, until you claimed that climate activists are pushing a “commercial agenda”. Have never heard anything more ridiculous. Hey ACT, taken any donations from Sistema Plastics recently? 👀
