My wife was giving birth to my son so forgive meAlways amazing how @cjsbishop goes dead silent when a really niggly issue pops up. He doesn’t want to lose votes or popularity so goes slips into quiet mode #nzpol- I want to acknowledge the resignation today by @AshBloomfield from his role of D-G of Health. He has worked extremely hard over the past couple of years in a very challenging role. He has given steadfast service to New Zealand and all Kiwis should thank him for his work.

- Great first (proper) week of new @NZParliament. Ute tax gone. Fair pay agreements gone. Reserve Bank back to focusing on inflation. Government getting on with the job of getting NZ back on track.
- 89,000 vaccines yesterday. Brilliant. 200,000 new bookings made. Also brilliant.
- Bloody hell just catching up with fact I was live on tv last night staring into the abyss. Had no idea! Oops!
