- NC has 24 pages of rules devoted to basketball uniforms! Many schools have older/alt uniforms that don't comply. In a nutshell, if you play a game at "The" Lake and the officials assess a technical foul, let me know and we'll dunk in warm-ups and both teams can begin with a T.
