    Coaches this is a great time to build relationships with players….get to know them, look in their eyes…make sure those eyes are ok daily…they’ll tell you everything. Some days a player needs a conversation about life more than baseball…@jaegersports @CoachSheets3

    Having standards as a coach is not the same as having a plan. Plans can and do change depending on athleticism, skills, tools and the players that show up in front of you.....Standards do not. Do not allow change to sway your standards. #OGNEKTON
