- Coaches...fall is a great time to install specific aspects of your system. This is a base running install we used when I was a high school coach at @HA_Hawks_BSB. Hope it helps!
- This is what I used as a high school coach. I would tweak it some now. I would simplify more. I have come to the conclusion that so many baseball coaches try to do to much. My message to so many coaches now is "stop trying so hard...practice what wins!"
Replying to @chuckbox1969This is great! I used the Preseason Practice Checklist last year with my team, very helpful. Do you still have that checklist available, I can't seem to find the saved copy from last year? - I’ve posted this before but have had several people ask about it recently… Sticker on Hack Attack for ground ball and fly ball settings. You may have to play around with settings a bit…every machine/engine works differently. Also, highly recommend the tripod wheels.
- As teams really get into intra-squad play here is a process scrimmage idea we used in high school. Often times intra-squads can drag...this is a good way to keep it moving, create competition, and stress the way you want to play by emphasizing the things you value.
