    I was the only white med student on a rotation. In addition to being noticeably nicer to me, the residents gave me more positive feedback despite similar performance and didn’t bullying me. At the end of the rotation, I reported residents’ racism & discussed with admin.

    #ThisIsMyLane #ThisIsOurLane stories are heartbreaking and show the impact of gun violence in a way I haven’t seen before. I hope these stories help folks see the importance of studying and implementing ways to make these events less common.

    Tonight is my last clinical shift of medical school 🥺 10:30pm-6:30am ED shift then the next time I’ll be presenting a patient it will be as a surgical intern 🤯 What a journey it has been. So excited to see where next year will take me.
