It's definitely a bit isolating. I've done all of the above (full time office, hybrid, WFH for multiple years) and honestly prefer a flexible hybrid setup the most. 2 days in office, team meeting, maybe a lunch or happy hour, and the rest from home is my ideal world.

Given the context it can probably be inferred, but IMO cherry picked snippets like this that leave out important narrative context are part of the dis/misinformation problem.
