We have noted with concern the sale of an illegal Chinese Pill that is on black market and being used as a contraceptive pill. The pill contains high doses of the hormones above the recommended dosage and has grave risks. We advise the public NOT to consume this impure product.

Our enforcement team and @PoliceUg have arrested a one Ssali David who has been making misleading treatment claims including HIV/AIDS cure. He was found in possession of several unauthorized medicines. We call upon Ugandans to remain vigilant while seeking health care.

Breaking: We have arrested Odoi John, a Health Assistant at Kifamba HC III in Rakai, Nakuya Jackie, an Enrolled Nurse at Kiwangala HC IV in Lwengo and Julius Babalanda Kabuure, a medical clinical Officer at Kyazanga Health Centre IV in Lwengo for theft of government drugs.

Our Intelligence & Enforcement team have arrested Ronald Kibalya Nditusawa, a health worker at Kamuli Hospital with 12 boxes containing 720 tins of ARVs (64,800) doses clearly market government of Uganda not for sale. He was delivering these for sale in Nansana, Wakiso District.

Breaking: Our I Intelligence-led operation in downtown, Kampala leads to impounding several boxes of expired testing devices (malaria, hepatitis B and HIV) that were repackaged and sold to unsuspecting members of the public including clinics. Several suspects have been arrested.
