- Fifty years ago today, Bruce Springsteen (@springsteen) played a show in Walsh Gymnasium. Max Weinberg (@EStreetMax), a Seton Hall student, played drums for the opening band and met Springsteen for the first time. By August 1974, Max had become the drummer for the E Street Band.
- Olympic sprinter Noah Lyles’ parents Keisha and Kevin met at Seton Hall University in the 1990s, where they were both standout athletes in track and field. “Their children are probably going to be very fast people,” said John Moon, Seton Hall coach.
