- Replying to @beale_mdBefore everyone jumps on the myocarditis, it is important to note that in autopsy (not biopsy) report from China there is no inflammatory cell infiltrate but lots of endothelial sloughing. Need 2 consider ischemic microvascular thrombosis. Probably why they lyse instead of PCI.
