We made it! After a tough and testing final leg of the expedition in Antarctica, we have finally finished. We arrived at the geographic & ceremonial South Poles on the 15th December 2023. More updates to come 😀⚡️🚗 #poletopoleev #nissanariya #nissan

168 million disposable vapes sold in the U.K. last year. Each have approx 0.5Ah 3.7v rechargeable lithium battery. Thats almost 310MWh of batteries produced for U.K. alone, 50% are thrown away. That’s almost 6200 EV batteries a year. EV’s reduce CO2, vapes add to landfill.

They will be fine. As other have mentioned it will function for days with heating on. The petrol cars will need refuelled before the EV’s. Our EV managed just fine crossing Antarctica during this last few weeks in -43 (with wind chill) & heating on 👌🏻

I know I am biased, but our expedition just looks awesome, and no matter where I go everyone wants to ask me about it. It’s a been a huge hit in Canada, especially with the pickup truck community. Made a few of them thinks little differently about #EV 😀 #poletopoleev

Things are going well so far in Antarctica. We left 3 days ago & have been covering our predicted daily distance 👍🏻 Temp is around -16. The car tent has housed the Ariya at 0 to +4 at the moment. Solar is working ok. Had thick cloudy skies at the moment #poletopoleev #nissan
