Thanks for all of the well wishes on the HOF nod. It was a very emotional evening for me and my family. Sport supplies a macro version of family in many ways and for that I am blessed. “The family is one of nature’s masterpieces.” —George Santayana

- Thanks for the kind words in reaction to the HOF nod. Humbled beyond words. Blessed by thousands over the years.
- Positional postures and movement maps exhibited by NFL running backs trend to forward postures and lower C of G positions due to the demands of getting tackled and making instantaneous cuts to avoid contact. Millions of reps of short bursts and cutting creates a movement bias.#NFL Is there a position specific running style? - US Olympic museum to open July 30. The project is estimated to have cost around $91 million. Meanwhile WC athletes sleeping on couches working 2 jobs to stay afloat. Priorities.....
- Short term, coaching can have its frustrations...but realize in reality it's a long game with highs & lows - 40 years plus for me. Following are 3 points I’d like to share from my time on the track, field, court and turf, in the hope they may help you find answers...
- I have struggled for decades with the facade we call the Olympics. How can I encourage young athletes to dream and strive for such an entity
- “I think it’s dangerous to assume that every movement that emerges organically is best for the athlete, because it might not be a choice, so you want to give people choices and at least give them the requisite foundational joint positions or motor skills." Doug Kechijian
