Goal was 90-95% of their peak speed today. We limited fly distance as it’s week 1. Fastest runs came in angled cuts
Half-kneeling 2 step accelerations are a great drill to develop the specific strength qualities to overcome your bodyweight from a static position.
It requires a violent and aggressive push that trains strength in early acceleration.
