Just stop eating meals or snacks that aren't high protein ever. Your whole day should be egg whites, chicken, beef, protein bars, Greek yogurt etc. I've been doing this so long low protein food barely even looks like food to me any more.

A brutal murder is tragic. But using it to justify racist generalizations is dishonest. Violent crime rates correlate most strongly with poverty, segregation, and inequality—not skin color. To call entire groups “savages” erases context and excuses systemic failures.
