- Here’s my question: how do you lead the UK’s negotiating team, conclude an agreement with the EU, sit through a five hour Cabinet meeting which agrees collectively to support the deal you steered to its conclusion - and then resign at two minutes to nine the following morning?
- Sad news today that @markdevenport has decided to hang up his microphone. He's been a colleague over many, many years on radio and TV - and he is simply the best there is. We will all miss his deep knowledge, his generosity and his warmth. It's been a privilege...
