Is she running? Labour deputy leader Lucy Powell complains 'three men' are vying for No10 and suggests a woman will have to 'clean up the mess' trib.al/sX2EjTv
Listen very carefully folks. There ain’t gonna be no deal with Reform. Not ever. NIgel’s fanboys might try and talk it up. It ain’t happening. To quote Kemi. It is bullshit
This is bullshit.
What I ACTUALLY said is we "cannot have another left-wing government. But I'm afraid that Reform has quite a lot of left-wing ideas. They want more benefits. They want nationalisation”
I then said.
On "deals, non-aggression pacts and so on....I'm just saying
I've not met a Conservative who wants anything to do with Farage or Reform.
We are Conservatives. We believe in Conservative values.
Reform is not a Conservative party, and pretending otherwise won't make it true.
This is bullshit.

Extraordinary nugget in @ShippersUnbound’s excellent interview with Kemi Badenoch. Asked directly if she’d put Farage into No.10 if he fell short of a majority, she made clear the answer is yes. Seems very politically naive in both directions. Voters on the right now have one

In the interview Kemi ruled out any kind of deal or pact to prop up Reform as shown in the clip below.👇

Commented on this earlier. Having now watched video, I think below misrepresents what she said. She clearly ruled out a deal before the election. She was less clear what she would do in a hung Parliament, but she didn't say "Yes I would prop up Reform". Have deleted earlier post

Two things can be true at the same time.
1. Lee Cain is paid by Reform and doesn't even hide it.
2. He is a liar (see actual interview clip with @KemiBadenoch). No pacts with Reform, ever.

Yeh, I don't think we should be taking too much notice of @MrLeeCain. He's popped up a lot of late, slagging off Kemi and trying to tout his services...
Bit of a stretch. Kemi makes it clear in this interview that she is playing to win. Why do so many conservative men want to make conversations about Kemi be about Farage?

1/ I went to Parliament to watch the Women and Equalities Committee. The chair of the EHRC Mary-Ann Stephenson (MAS) and CEO John Kirkpatrick were giving evidence, the other adults in the room were Rosie Duffield and Rebecca Paul MP. Other than that it was the slow kid's table.
