You can see the #HLP trademark violent snap of the head going backwards. This particular instructor is HLP certified. Notice how he loses extension and the swing goes up & left as head goes back. You will see this in all pure HLP trained swings. @teacherman1986 #Cultlife

When teaching unnatural/forced movement you will typically see this happen. A staple of #HLP but not a staple of what the greats did or do. This young man is getting in deep but sacrificing extension. To each their own and I wish him luck but facts are facts. #SheGone

It is easy to identify the differences if you know what to look for. Notice the COM of Bregman compared to Kingery. The 20 degree lean back causing the barrel to go up quicker at extension. The result of effort spent trying to “snap” the barrel behind the rear leg. #SheGone
