We take hitters to the next level. #Gswing

- The Scap controls the Lead Arm: When you land at 50/50, your hands need to be inside of your front elbow to move inside of the ball. If you land with your hands outside of the front elbow often times you didn't scap load correctly and you will work around the ball. #gswing

00:00 - A lot of our videos talk about the "roll" and why it's an elite move hitters make... Here's a good visual that breaks up the roll into 3 steps: 1. Connect to the shoulder (scap) ➡️ 2. Roll the forearm on the track ➡️ 3. Deliver the barrel (snap) #gswing
00:00 - Stay inside the baseball and let the ball travel, and you will be successful.
