- Congrats @markenglish_ on your New 800mtrs record🇮🇪. I borrowed it off Marcus O’Sullivan 26years ago,he borrowed it from Niall O’Shaughnessy....Noel Carroll & Ronnie Delany & that’s the last 70yrs of 800mtrs in 🇮🇪it gave me great pride and many opportunities.👏

- 4th for Ciara Mageean in the WORLD Champs 🌎- The toughest place to finish- Racing in one of the toughest Global Sports, in an era of womens 1500m like we’ve never seen before. Some comfort in the fact that Ciara broke her own NR 3.56.61-We can’t ask for more🙌🙌. 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪#champ

- Huge breakthrough for John Fitzsimons 1.45.66 PB this evening in France -He’s had a tough couple of years since his brilliant 3rd 🥉 in European U20 in 2017…. He’ll race in August with the big boys ( @EuroAthletics ) off the back of that!👏👏(more to come)
