If you told me after 4 months of training for the 400m, I’d be running 50.3 indoors I would’ve laughed. I’m soo grateful, but I’m not done yet. I appreciate all the support!🥹🤍

I was disappointed to miss the final by one spot but I felt better when I was told that the semis was my 4th 400m outdoor race ever. Along with the fact there’s worlds again next year…I’ll be back

Hey guys, Unfortunately, I won’t be competing at the National championships this weekend. I’ve attended nationals every year since 2021 & there’s nothing like competing in-front of a home crowd. (1/2)
