    On behalf of the Australian Army, I convey my deepest condolences to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II and to the Royal Family on the passing of His Royal Highness The Duke of Edinburgh. His service to the Crown, his country and the Commonwealth will forever be remembered.

    On behalf of the @AustralianArmy, I wish to acknowledge special operations military working dog Kuga on being awarded the @PDSA_HQ Dickin Medal. Known as the VC for animals, the award reflects the actions & courage Kuga demonstrated supporting troops on operations in Afghanistan.

    Great to talk to GEN Yoshida, Chief of Staff of @Japan_GSDF 🇯🇵 🇦🇺 We signed a new Engagement Roadmap for Bilateral Land Cooperation to deepen our Army partnership. Key upcoming activities include Ex Talisman Sabre, Ex Yama Sakura & a capacity building project in Timor Leste.
