    Today we kick off our Teaching Leaders 2019 residential in Warwick. Over the last year @hamer_marie, @TomRees_77, @PepsMccrea, @Barker_J, @melissathomlin1, @miss_marcinko + @HeenaDave12 have transformed the programme using the latest evidence from international experts 1/2

    And we’re done! Super happy/excited/nervous to see it in print.
    After almost 10 months of discussion and drafting, @Barker_J and I submitted our final chapters for the @researchED1 Guide to School Leadership earlier this week. A privilege to have been asked by @StuartLock & @tombennett71. Really looking forward to the book!
