00:00 - How to modify stent strings in less than a minute so they are not inadvertently tugged on. I borrowed this technique from Dr. Lingeman and haven’t had a patient accidentally remove their stent since. No need for trying to tape the strings out of the way… just cut to length

00:00 - First 20 HoLEPs post fellowship completed, same day catheter removal was attempted in 16 patients with 100% success rate! no ED visits or re-catheterization needed. Enucleation allows for outstanding outcomes even in small community hospitals.

- HoLEP from last week, ~90yo catheter dependent with 130cc prostate. Early apical release, 76 min total procedure time, completed under spinal. Pt is continent and catheter free. Why are we performing robot simples?
