- 400 g En bloc HoLEP today… 1 h 15 min enucleation and 1.30 h morcellation, lots of hard nodules, tough case. Home tomorrow without a catheter after long term catheterisation. @quanta_system
- Replying to @urotelioQuerido Elio, parece que no es necesario hacer el drenaje paulatino, no ha demostrado prevenir la hematuria ex-vacuo. Cuando se descomprime la vejiga, sacando 50-100 cc, la presión cae casi a cero y si va a sangrar, sangra igualmente.

- Anastomotic Holmium stricturotomy after radical prostatectomy... I told the patient to do self-dilatation after the incision... also advised him that we might need 2 do a robotic vs perineal revision, take out the fibrosis and try to perform a new anastomosis...what do you think?
