We know that writers are always rewriting; making improvements and taking their stories in new directions.
If you have already entered a script into the current season of one of our funds or contests, you can choose to enter a more recent draft by making a RESUBMISSION. Resubmissions must be made by the Final Deadline of the contest.
A Resubmission guarantees the new draft of your script will be read in the first round of the contest. If both drafts come into consideration for progression to the next round, the draft with the higher score will proceed.
To make a Resubmission, email us directly for the appropriate contest: Short Film Fund, Feature & TV, and Script to Screen with your name and the name of your script. We will respond with the Resubmission Discount Code, which will grant a 70% discount on the current entry fee.
Then, you will need to submit via Scrybe using the same form as if you were submitting for the first time. Enter the discount code at the bottom of the form before checkout. The Resubmission Discount Code is only valid for Standard Entries (entries that do not request additional coverage).
