Niteo Africa is a Kelowna based registered charity dedicated to furthering child and family literacy through local and global partnerships.

Our programs
Family Reading Programs
Niteo offers family reading programs in Kelowna and Vernon every fall and winter. The family reading program is designed for parents and school aged children to attend together and to develop confidence in reading and conversational English.
Global Programs
Niteo partners with grassroots organizations to build community and school libraries throughout Uganda. We collect gently used books in Kelowna, BC and ship them to Kampala, Uganda, where our partners distribute them to libraries nationwide.
Summer Day Camps
Niteo offers a vibrant educational play-based summer day camp for children in Kelowna, ages 6-12. Day Camps run for 4 hours daily, Monday-Thursday, in July.
