Ship Books to Uganda

We are collecting books to fill our 11th sea can of books for Uganda! These books will travel from Kelowna to Vancouver to Mombasa to Kampala. Once in Uganda, our incredible partners will distribute the books to school and community libraries allowing thousands of children to have access to books, some for the very first time. 

We plan to ship the sea can this June or August depending on when it’s full to the brim of books!

Three ways you can help make this happen: 

1. Donate your gently used children’s books. 

Donated Book Criteria: 

*English language only

*New or gently used

*Age appropriate for toddlers – teens

*Does not contain excessive violence or sexuality

*No encyclopedias or textbooks

*No Canadian history books
