Please familiarise yourself with our Guest Terms where all House Rules are explained in detail, including the consequences of not respecting these rules. Offenders will be fined and/or asked to leave immediately!
No Food
Bringing food into the property is not allowed.
No Drugs
Bringing drugs into the property is not allowed.
No Alcohol
Bringing alcohol into the property is not allowed.
No Smoking
Smoking (including E-cigarettes) is not allowed on the property.
Guest Only
Bringing non-guests into the property is not allowed.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise down and respect others from 11 pm to 8 am.
Check Out
Check-out is at 10 am. Late check-out may incur a charge.
CCTV In Use
Footage will be reviewed daily to detect any violations of house rules.
