Have a few linux kiosk and digital signage requirements

Hi team, We’re planning to use Linux devices as kiosks and digital signage and want to manage them in groups. So, we need the devices to: Always run in a specific app. Restart the app automatically if it stops. Be monitored from the Hexnode portal. Does Hexnode support this on Linux devices?

How are teams handling Linux config drift at scale?

Our Linux fleet has grown quite a bit, and we’re starting to see configuration drift across devices. Small changes add up over time, and manual fixes don’t really hold. Curious how others are dealing with this without constant manual intervention?

Linux CLI Enrollment via no authentication?

We got a new bunch of Linux devices in our company which we’re looking to enroll in Hexnode. I’ve heard that Linux devices can be enrolled into Hexnode pretty easily via CLI without any authentication. Can anyone confirm if this is possible?

KDE vs i3

I was switching between KDE and i3 on my Linux laptop and what the hell. Why does Kde feel like a full office setup, and i3 feels like a blank workspace with just windows stacked neatly? Aren’t they both just “desktops”? I don’t get why there is such a huge difference.
