CGN started from a very personal place. My father was a koi pond contractor who built stunning water features for his clients - work that truly transformed their homes. But despite the quality of his craftsmanship, he was frustrated. His marketing didn’t show the real value of what he provided, and he was constantly being compared to lower-priced competitors who couldn’t deliver the same level of excellence.
When I stepped in to help with his marketing, my goal was simple: I wanted to make sure his potential clients saw not just the finished product, but the experience and transformation he brought into their lives. Instead of blending in with the competition, I wanted his business to stand out for the right reasons. We focused on telling the story behind his work, showing the value of what it meant to hire someone who truly cared about the details and the end result.
