Educator Track Details
- Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026
- Time: Workshops & lunch: 9:00am-1:00pm. Student Competitions Awards Ceremony starts at 3:45pm. Click here to download agenda.
- Location: Miami-Dade College West Campus, 3800 NW 115th Ave, Doral, FL 33178, Building 1, First Floor
- What to Bring: Laptop and charger, writing tools for note taking, layers of clothing. It could be cold or warm, who knows! Be prepared so you can be comfortable.
- Parking: Free parking is available at MDC campus. You may park in the outdoor lot or inside the garage and enter through the main entrance of Building 1. Registration for teachers will be on the first floor facing the entrance.
- Meals: Light breakfast and full lunch will be provided.
- Cost: $200/teacher.
- Please note that scholarships and stipends are available only to public school classroom teachers within MDCPS and BCPS. Educators outside of these districts are responsible for the registration cost. Code/Art will provide an invoice upon application, which can be forwarded to your school or administration for payment, or paid directly by the registrant.
- MDCPS Teachers: Apply below and register through the MDCPS learning portal (if not posted on MDCPS portal by event date, we will provide your registration info to the district).
- BCPS Teachers: Apply via this form FIRST and BCPS will contact you directly to confirm your spot.
