How to return an item to us
Faulty or incorrect goods for return must be communicated to CellPath Ltd within 3 days of receipt, via email at [email protected], telephone on 01686 611 333 or via the Contact Us page.
No returns will be accepted after 60 days from the purchase date except where the item is found to be defective. Returns must be shipped prepaid. We recommend that you use a traceable method for valuable items. We will refund a reasonable amount of return postage if the item is returned to us through our error. A handling charge of 25% of invoice value will be applied to all credits for return of unwanted goods unless defective or damaged in shipment. A copy of the dispatch note should accompany all returns.

Refunds
A refund will only be given when the goods are returned in line with our terms and conditions. Credit Card refunds will be credited to the card used for the purchase of the goods, please allow up to 7 days for the credit to be processed. Please note that the credit card company can take up to four (4) weeks before showing the credit on your account balance.
Debit Card refunds will normally take 3 to 5 working days to process and appear on your statement.

When will I receive a refund?
