Ordering

Where can I find product pricing?

Please log in to your Account to view product pricing.

How do I order online?

You can place an order online by logging into your Account. If you do not currently have an online account, please fill in our Registration Form. You can also order by emailing [email protected] or calling our Customer Care team on +44 (0)1686 611333.

Please include your organisation's name, postcode, purchase order number, contact name and details, delivery address, invoice address, product SKU number and desired quantity.

How do I set up an account online?

You can Register for a CellPath Account to view pricing and more. Account verification can take up to 1 working day and you will receive an email once your account has been approved. Please note that only business emails within the UK will be accepted.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

There is no minimum order requirement when ordering online unless stated.

What payment methods are accepted online?

We currently accept all major credit and debit cards.

What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm GMT

Is CellPath closed on bank holidays?

CellPath is closed for business operations on New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Early May bank holiday, Spring bank holiday, Summer bank holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day

How do I set up a standing order?

Please contact the Inside Sales Representative for your account who will then be able to set up a standing order tailored to your specific requirements. This time-saving, flexible and convenient method provides predictable product flow with the added benefit of being exempt from minimum order requirements and carriage charges.

Shipping

How will I know if my order has shipped?

You will receive an email confirmation which will be sent to the invoice and order contact on your account.

When will my order ship?

We strive to ship any orders received by 3.00pm GMT (Monday to Thursday) and 2.00pm GMT (Friday) on the same day for delivery on a Next Working Day delivery service. Please note that we cannot guarantee this as the availability of items may vary and there may be delays during peak times.

Where does my order ship from?

Your order will ship from our central warehouse facility in Newtown, Mid Wales by our experienced team, who are fully trained to ensure that your goods are shipped with care and attention in safe and secure packaging with correct information and regulatory data where applicable.

How will my order ship?

We partner with FedEx for most of our UK deliveries and use our own vehicles for special deliveries when required. Larger orders will be sent using Pallet Track.

How can I track my order?

Please Contact Us and a member of our Customer Care team will be able to help you with your order enquiry.

What should I do if my order has arrived damaged?

Please do not accept a damaged or partial shipment until the delivering courier has made a "Damaged" or "Partial" notation on the proof of delivery and Contact Us within 3 working days.

You can download a copy from our SDS and IFU page or on the product page. Please Contact Us if you cannot find the relevant SDS or IFU and a member of our Customer Care team will be able to provide this for you.
