- Do trainees need prior VR experience to use Virtual Life Support?
Virtual life support has been designed to be practiced without any prior experience. Hands-on tracking makes sure additional accessories like controllers are not necessary, in order to mimic real-life CPR training.
- Will the software invoicing come under a different name?
No, VR Expert will manage the invoicing for the software. This will avoid you having multiple different invoices from different vendors. All invoicing will be done through the email administratie@vr-expert.nl under the name Uil VR Solutions B.V.
- Do you manage the billing for all software purchased on your website?
Yes, VR Expert will manage the billing for the software purchased through us. All billing will be done through the email administratie@vr-expert.nl under the name Uil VR Solutions B.V.
- Can I request a quote for the software?
Yes, you can request a quote for all software products. Simply add the software of your choice to your cart and proceed to the Cart page. On the cart page you have the option to request a quote.
- Do you offer software trials?
Yes, VR Expert offers software trials for most software products. You can request a software trial by filling in the form as well as reading more about how the trial works on the following page: https://vr-expert.com/software-trial/
- Can I get a discount when I purchase a software license in combination with a headset?
Yes, we offer you a 2,5% discount on your whole order when you purchase at least 1 year software license and 1 headset. This discount will be applied on your whole order in the cart when the bundle is present.
- What are the requirements to get a 2,5% discount on my order?
You can only get a discount on your order when you have the following items in your cart:
- At least one VR or AR headset
- At least one 1 year software license
This discount bundle does not work with just accessories and a software package. The discount will only work when there is a VR or AR headset in the cart and will not work with any other kind of product. The discount will be applied to the cart when the 2 egible products (at least 1 software and 1 headset) are in the cart. The 2,5% discount will be applied to the entire cart when the requirements are met.

- Can I add the support desk service part way into my license?
Yes, you can request to add support service part way into your license, however this support service will be for a year. It must be said that this support will be primarily for the software and issues with hardware may not be covered. Yes, VR Expert will provide a support service with your software. - How long after purchase will my account be activated?
After your purchase, you should have access to the software within 24 hours. Please note that weekends and holidays may impact the activation process.
- When does my license date start?
Your license period will start the day of your purchase, unless otherwise specified.
- Can the software be installed in advance?
Yes, VR Expert offers pre-installation and configuration of the software through the purchase of our installation service. This service is only applicable if hardware is ordered in combination with software. - What is your cancellation policy?
To avoid cancellations VR Expert offers a free trial period to test out the software before purchasing a license. Once the license has been purchased we do not offer the possibility of a cancellation. You do not have to worry about your license period being extended as it will be automatically cancelled at the end of your license period.
- Can I renew only some software licenses in my licensing period?
Yes, you can do this either by getting in contact with our sales team via email at sales@vr-expert.com or your account manager and requesting what you would like to do with your license. Alternatively before the end of your license period a reminder will be sent to your email address to confirm if you would like to renew your software license. In your reply you can confirm any changes and updates to your license.
- Will my software automatically renew at the end of its license?
No, before the end of your license period a reminder will be sent to your email address to confirm if you would like to renew your software license. If you request not to renew or provide no answer then your software license will be cancelled.
- Will the invoicing come under a different name than the hardware?
No, VR Expert will provide you with all invoicing for both your hardware and software under the same name. This will avoid you having multiple different invoices from different vendors and departments. All invoicing for both hardware and software will be done through the email administratie@vr-expert.nl under the name Uil VR Solutions B.V.

- What if I run out of nebulae before we finish all the systems?
The player logged in as a teacher will have access to the teacher menu, There you can create more nebulae. The new nebulae appear under the feel of the creator.
- What happens when I launch all the necessary planets around a star?
Your mini-lab walls as well as any remaining gas on the disk will disappear, and other teams in the galaxy will see your new solar system. After that, you can see how it dies by ageing the star.
- How many planets should I launch?
Depending on the stars there are different amounts of planets around them. In this simulation the maximum number of planets is eight.
- How To launch planets?
First, make sure to form protoplanets on the protoplanetary disk by speeding up the evolution of hot clusters on it. Next, teleport yourself onto the disk. Don’t worry—you’ll shrink down, which is completely normal. From this small size, you can capture protoplanets by pointing your controller at them and holding down the trigger button. Once you’ve captured one, press the trigger button again to launch it, making sure to send it in the correct direction.
- How can I know which star I am creating from a nebular?
Usually you can’t really know. But we will give you a little tip. There are two types of nebulae in this simulation, one with a glow inside, and one without a glow. The glowing once will produce a supergiant star which will result in a supernova when it dies.
- What type of stars can I create?
By speeding up the development of a nebula, you can form seven different types of main sequence stars.But, by allowing these main sequence stars to age, you can create giants and supergiants.
- Why can’t I accelerate a nebulae?
To speed up the development point your controller at the Nebulae, then press and hold the trigger button. Don’t forget to hold it steadily until the development reaches 100%. Furthermore, make sure you are close enough to a nebulae for the time laser to work.
- How do I join rooms of other players?
By using room codes. The host can find the code in the game menu under the menu button on a controller
- Is it possible to play without an account?
Yes, However all the headsets will go to different rooms, unless the same room code is being used.
- Why is an account necessary?
Players who use the same account join the same Galaxy automatically. Therefore there is no need for complex matchmaking within a classroom.
