Data organization
Data access
Initial data selection is implemented via web application that displays both included and provided metadata. Once required experiments are found, both pre-computed expression data and curated metadata are available for download. To prevent site abuse, working E-mail or social login is required to access the site. If you just curious how the data archive looks like, you can download a fully featured archive here (study SRP265240)
Table structure
All studies are shown in a single searchable table. Each study can be expanded to reveal sample-level rows (typically individual sequencing runs). The search function supports nested rows and automatically expands matching studies. Clicking on an item in the categorization column highlights the corresponding entry in the category tree and expands the tree as needed. Original publications describing the works are accessible via links under 🗐 icon (🗋 means work where the study has been just used)

Quality checks and per-study gene expression data
Per-study quality control reports (selected screenshots shown) are available via the 📈 icon (see here the sample quality report for SRP265240). Per-study gene expression data, where available, are accessible under 🧬 icon.

You can also create your own computing projects that would combine samples from multiple studies. Quality checks and data will be available under the same icons.
