They say you can do it with meditation, but nothing works on my busy mind…(K)
It is hard! Sometimes, drumming helps. Other times (most times?) Xanax is a life saviour if I intend on sleeping a little!
I was only trying to be awake and alive in the same house 😦 I’m trying to find the balance between my needs (a quiet house) and theirs (to play and have fun).
