Thread Coffee Roasters – Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Thread Coffee Roasters. Please review our return and refund policy below:
Orders & Shipping
- We process and ship coffee bean orders on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday of each week.
- All shipments are delivered via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, subject to USPS terms and conditions.
- USPS Ground Advantage includes $100 insurance coverage
- Larger purchases (such as espresso machines) may be shipped via UPS.
- Espresso machines and Baratza grinders are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer’s distribution center and typically require 7-10 days for delivery.
Refund and Return Policy
- Thread Coffee Roasters does not offer refunds or returns on orders received.
- For lost, stolen, or damaged shipments, customers should file a claim directly with the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS).
Equipment & Accessories
- All equipment and accessories are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
- For warranty issues, please contact the manufacturer directly using the information provided with your purchase.
Classes & Workshops
- We do not offer refunds for classes or workshops.
- Rescheduling is permitted with advance notice.
- Alternatively, the class fee can be converted into a store gift card for future class registration or product purchases.
