Whether you’re planning on opening up your first cafe, or seeking to improve your coffee program, Thread Coffee Roasters is here to help with our coffee tech service. Thread Coffee Roasters is a full service coffee roaster offering small-batch roasted specialty coffee, cafe buildout and project management, menu and graphic design, and other consultation services.

A list of our preferred vendors, including but not limited to architecture firms, wood + metal work, custom tile, general contractors, and design services are available upon request to all of our wholesale clients. Let us help you every step of the way!

Thread Coffee Roasters offer industry standard equipment at affordable prices through our partners at Java Rescue. We service espresso machines, coffee brewers, bulk grinders, espresso grinders, and more from the following manufacturers: La Marzocco, Nuova Simonelli, Slayer, Fetco, Bunn, Curtis, Anfim, Mahlkonig, Mazzer, and more. Don’t see your equipment listed? Email service@javarescue.com and we will work with you.

Tech service is provided by Java Rescue. Service areas include Baltimore and MD, VA, DC, PA.

Installation

We’re here to professionally install your new equipment, whether it be a coffee brewer for your new bakery or a full cafe buildout. Our technicians will make sure that your new equipment is installed correctly and professionally. Thread Coffee Roasters is here to ensure installation of your equipment is the least of your worries.

Water Filtration

Water quality is not only integral to coffee preparation, it’s essential for proper care and maintenance of your coffee equipment. Poor water quality can cause corrosion that permanently damages your equipment. Our technicians follows water quality guideline standards to help find a filtration solution to address your water needs from our preferred manufacturers: Everpure and Global Customized Water. We will work with you to find the best filtration solution for your needs and your budget.

Preventative Maintenance

Preventative maintenance is crucial for the longevity of your coffee equipment, as over time machine parts need to be replaced. Preventative maintenance visits also allow the technician a chance to find any faults in your equipment and notify you.

In most cases, our technicians can be there within the same day to address the issues. In the event that your equipment might need significant repair, we may have comparable equipment we can loan you.
