Day 2 of 75 Hard was busy. I slept well and I actually did not expect to sleep well considering I had done a lot of physical activity on day 1. First thing I did was take a progress photo.
I started drinking water early. October heat is kicking in so drinking water is going easier as compared to the last time I did this program. I got some work done in the morning and then headed to the gym.
At the gym I did some stretches and strengthening exercises for my feet, ankles and hips. I then continued to do some cardio on the stagnant cycle at the gym, honestly felt like I was sweating too much considering the fact that I was going nowhere.
From the gym I headed to my local swimming pool. I did a few warm up laps until my friend Apurva showed up and then we trained laps together for the next hour. From there I headed home.

At home my mother had made Sheera for breakfast. Sheera is a sweet dish made from semolina, its usually made for breakfast. If you want a recipe for it let me know in the comments. For lunch I had eggs, bread and khichdi. Khichdi is a delicious rice recipe we make on days we are bored of cooking entire meals. Its healthy and easy to make. Here is a recipe if you would like to try it. Other than that I ate a banana as a snack.
After lunch I went out to buy some shoes as one of the shoes from my old pair lost its sole last night during my walk (may it rest in peace). I also bought some peas and milk at the market. I got some work done after I got home and made some progress on a project I am working on. Then I caught up on reading my ten pages for the day. I then watched some T.V to relax a little bit before I headed out for my walk in the evening.
For my walk I wore the new pair of shoes I purchased earlier in the day and my speed went up immediately. I had to walk an extra distance to ensure I covered the minimum 45 minutes required for the workout.
My water intake was completed before I went for my walk. I managed to complete my tasks for the day.
My current weight is 109.5 Kg as compared to 110.5 Kg yesterday, I lost a full kilogram overnight. I have experienced this before, its simply water weight and it will retain naturally once my routine sets in. Day 2 was a success.

Let's hear it!
