Day 25 is here and we are officially a third of the way into the program. Time flies by faster than you blink and that is good if you want the pie to cool down. There are ways in which this challenge surprises you and I found a way it surprised me today. I probably had the best workout session at the gym today. After finishing my reading and taking my progress pictures, I reached the gym and I trained legs. Not only did I train legs I also recovered one exercise that I missed yesterday due to time constraints. I also had no space to do any skips so I did it inside when the gym was empty. Luckily I have to do most of the exercises in the indoor section while the renovation is on going. There are times when I have to go out and I sneak in and do my exercises without anyone knowing. My trainer will probably be amused when he reviews the security tapes at the end of the shift. I came home and had eggs for lunch. I also had some fruits and dates today. I like sweets but I can’t have too many. I worked in the afternoon and headed for my walk in the evening. My friend Apurva joined me and we went exploring again. This time we ended up doing 18000+ steps so right now I am super tired. I finished my gallon of water when I reached home. Day 25 was a success.
