There are many bars where I live and my friends invite me all the time. I can’t visit them right now and my relationship with alcohol is slowly fading. So if I am going to socialise its going to be over food for the most part. When I woke up this morning I felt really tired. I have been going at it hard at the gym and I think my body is begging for rest. But regardless I finished my tasks of taking a progress picture, weighing myself and reading ten pages. After which I headed to the gym.
At the gym I trained back and biceps. I must say the renovation work at the gym is causing some issues at the moment so I might have to shift my timing further to avoid crowds. Its alright however because its temporary and I ended up spending nearly two and a half hours at the gym. I guess I have caught the fitness bug after all these years. After the gym I headed home and had lunch. We had chicken, beans and chapatis for lunch.

After that I just crashed, I did not wake up until an hour and a half later when I decided to start working. I worked until the evening. I went for my walk and it was nice outside. There was a nice breeze and the air was fresh. Reminded me of old times. I reached home and finished my gallon of water soon after. Day 19 was a success.
