Theatre Aspen Education is committed to the health and safety of our students and staff first and foremost. Our classroom procedures will be based on the most up-to-date recommendations from the national, state, and local levels.

If students have been exposed to or exhibit symptoms of COVID-19 or are otherwise contagiously sick please do not attend class. If students are at the program and are exhibiting signs of COVID-19, Theatre Aspen reserves the right to have them put on a mask. We request that any family who believes their student may have COVID-19 test their student before they return to programming. We also encourage students to wear a mask if they plan to attend programming while sick with any other potentially contagious illness. We appreciate your understanding in keeping students safe and programs running.

• If Theatre Aspen determines that a program must be cancelled, a full refund or course credit will be issued
• If Theatre Aspen determines that a program must be cancelled after the start date, prorated refunds or credits will be issued.
• If customer withdraws registration prior to 3 weeks before program start, they can be issued a full refund less a 10% fee or a 100% credit towards future programs.
• If customer withdraws registration less than 3 weeks but more than 2 weeks prior to program start, there will be no refund, but they can receive a credit toward future programs.
• If customer withdraws registration within 2 weeks of the program start date, no refunds or credits will be issued.
• All credits issued will be valid for one calendar year from the date of issuance.
