NEW SETTINGS

With the new Settings, everything finally lives in one place.
Previously, important options were spread across different areas of the app — hard to find, hard to remember. The new Settings bring all essential controls together in a single, clear and accessible space. Easier to use, easier to understand, and much faster to navigate. A simple, organized home for everything that matters.

 
N.O. ROLES IN COMPARE MODE

In (people) compare mode you now see an additional (blue) list with all NO (= "No Owner") roles. Like this you can easily see what roles still need to be assigned and do it quickly via drag&drop.

 

MEASURE WORKLOAD IN HOURS

Until now workload was measured in FTE, now you can decide to measure it it hours - per week or per day.

Giving you the choice of either more explanation or more space. Just click the 3 lines top left to make dis/appear. Watch out: The TEAMPICKER is now also in here!

 


NEW CONTEXTUAL TOP NAVIGATION

Depending on where you are in the app you will now see all your options in this beautiful and coherent new contextual top menu.

BULK EDIT

Ever wanted to delete/archive 20 icons at the same time or give them all the same tag? Now exactly that is possible with "bulk edit". Find this icon in the the top navigation and your options will slide open:


OBJECTIVES TREE

Just like we offer "Purpose Tree" to give you an overview of all purposes across your team, you now get the same overview over all defined objectives. 


Not quite a complete OKR board, yet, but a great way to align goals, agree on the level of achievement and change the or add new ones.


TOOL EXPORT

You can now officially download all content of a tool (purpose tasks, objectives, owners, etc.) with one click into a simple .txt file for you to copy and paste elsewhere:


HISTORY DETAILS

In the history of each tool you can now not only see what was edited and when, but also WHO made these changes by the name of the co/admin.

As too many users still do not find FOCUS MODE 🎯 we have introduced this little banner to remind you where to click ;) It appears 10 seconds after entering the roles dashboard.

And as sometimes work is not about AI 🤖, you can now switch off the AI assessments inside the roles tool in the settings:

teamdecoder 4.9 is now completely live! 


Here's a summary of the new features:


  • Define number of co-admins for enterprise accounts in the backend: Allows setting a fixed number of co-admins for enterprise clients in the backend and limiting their visibility in access management.
  • New Hybrid Team Planner filter options: Introduces new filter options "Member in" and "Bucket" to show items based on their membership in circles/projects or their presence in buckets.
  • Status updates on top of toolbox page: Displays recent activities and completion rates on the toolbox page.
  • Status updates on top of campfire page: Shows important points from the campfire page in easily scrollable info boxes.
  • Show workflows an item is part of in tools: Integrates workflow information into the "Member in" section of skill/role/domain/link tools.
  • Let admin pick survey send out weekday: Allows administrators to select the weekday for survey send-outs.
  • Show task buckets icon also in Compare mode: Displays task bucket icons in Compare mode so you can see which tasks are planned to be handed over to AI in the future.
  • Bulk copy and paste tasks into a tool: Enables users to copy and paste multiple tasks into a task list of a tool, with the system recognizing them as a list.
  • New pricing page: Adds more options to the pricing page.
  • Hide AI rating in tools: Provides a setting to hide the AI rating and fitness check within tools, if you are not using this feature with your team, yet.
  • Reset AI rating inside a tool: Offers an option to reset the AI rating within a tool to the default "-/5".
  • Campfire in Reports: Integrates a limited version of "Campfire" into each player's report page, showing existing feedback, items tagged with "Campfire," fading in/out skills/roles/domains/links, and clarity on missing purpose, tasks, and objectives.

With our latest update, you can now toggle the AI ratings and hybrid team prioritizations on or off in the settings. This ensures your team can focus on the foundational discussions about roles and responsibilities without being distracted by additional data points. The power of our AI is still fully integrated, ready to assist when you're prepared to optimize your hybrid workflows.

This small but mighty change gives you more control over your experience, making teamdecoder even more adaptable to your unique process.

New set of improvements for the Hybrid Team Planner:

  • you can now filter tasks by "member of a circle or project"
  • you can now filter tasks by already existing task buckets
  • you now see in the tasks list, which task is already inside a task bucket (folder icon)
  • the folder icon is also visible inside the tools
  • the folder is also visible in compare mode

the Hybrid Team Planner now has "Task Buckets" for you to "park" tasks before actually taking them away from a human profile to switch them to an AI role.

  • You can now create a new task bucket after choosing tasks
  • Sorting of the tasks is now by default descending
  • Change the priority of a task by clicking on the flag symbol in the tasks list
