Wondering What AI Agents Can Really Do In Your Team? Let’s Find Out – Task By Task.
Welcome to your Hybrid Team Planner — your workspace to rethink who (or what) does what.
Analyze each task across all blue lists to identify what could shift to AI and where human strengths are essential. Mark priorities and AI ratings to discover new ways to work smarter and rebalance your team.
Make sure the feature is active
Wen the tasks list inside skills, roles, domains and links looks like this, the feature is currently switched off:

Go to settings and switch in "AI ratings":

Now you will see this inside the tools:

Now you are ready to go. It all starts inside the tools, e.g. a role:

Here we are looking at the role "Key Account Manager". The list tasks have been created by you, your team with or without help of the td AI assistant. We know want to find out, which of these tasks could be best handed over to an AI agent.Â
First, we recommend you discuss this with your team and the owners of this role. Based on your conversations, you can prioritize the tasks with little flags (number "2" in the image"):
- empty = no priority
- green = low priority
- orange = medium priority
- red = high priority
The prioritization can be done by admins and co-admins.
Then, you can also ask teamdecoder's AI to analyze the tasks and give you a rating. Click "Check AI fitness" (Image: number "1") and you will see the AI ratings right next to the flags (image: number "3").
- 1: No meaningful leverage — relationship/authority heavy; AI can only draft notes.
- 2: Low — a few repeatable sub-steps; strong human lead.
- 3: Moderate — procedure can be standardized; AI drafts/analyses, a human reviews.
- 4: High — mostly repeatable with reliable data/APIs; human approves or handles exceptions.
- 5: Maximum (fully automatable) — can run end-to-end without routine human approval, with clear rules, audit logs and an exception queue.

In here you will find a list of ALL tasks of all items in the blue lists:

Let's follow the numbers in the image:
- Here you can have the td AI check all tasks across all items in the blue lists - this might take a while. You can continue to work - td let's you know, when the AI is done.
- This is the list of all tasks. The columns represent:
- the AI rating (1-5)
- the co/admin's prioritization (neutral, green, orange, red flags)
- the name of the co/admin who gave the rating
- what blue list this task belongs to
- parent: what role/skill/domain/link the tasks belongs to
- the task itself
- a rational by the AI explain its rating (1-5)
- and current owners of the role ("AI" tag in orange") - Filters can now be started here and then set at #4. Example: "Show me all task that I gave a rating orange or red and the AI have a rating higher than 3.

Pick and move the tasks

Following the numbers again:
- Tick the tasks you want to move
- Click the arrow "Move to"
- Search an item, or create new one
Recommendation:Â
Create new homes for AI tasks, such as "AI Marketing bucket" or "AI HR bucket" in a blue list (eg. "role"), tag it "AI". The tag will do that it is shown in the menu (3).Â
Not ready to move tasks away from a human role, yet? No problem: Create a "task bucket" instead!
Task buckets are for you to star the planning process for what tasks AI could take over. So, before actually taking the tasks away from a human profile and moving them to an agent role, you can "park" them here, until you are ready to go. In the meantime, the people can still find these tasks in the reports.

- Open the "Task Buckets" are on the Hybrid Team Planner page
- Create a new task bucket by clicking in the "+" icon
- A task bucket with assigned tasks will look like this.
- Tick the tasks you want to move to a task bucket - use the filters to find the ones you are looking for
- click on the "folder" icon
- pick an exiting task bucket or create a new one, and the tasks are moved.Â
- once you are ready to create the new AI role and actually take these tasks away from humans, click "create" and a new item will be created.
