Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS)
For Arizona agencies, InCustody automatically transfers your jail roster to the Arizona Department of Health to comply with reporting requirements.
ARJIS (Automated Regional Justice Information System)

Crossroads Collison Interface and Citation Transfer
Crossroads software products include collision reporting and e-citation programs. For the collision reporting tool, RIMS offers a two-way transfer solution. RIMS transfers collision data, including people and vehicle records, from RIMS to Crossroads software. For California agencies, all CHP-555 information is transferred as well. Alternatively, RIMS can import collision information from Crossroads, including people, vehicles, narratives, and attachment records.

The FirePoint CAD Connector provides your fire department with a solid and valuable interface from RIMS CAD. The software consists of an application that runs on a server PC. It monitors a folder for CAD transaction files and imports those files directly into the CAD Connector. A graph on the main window tracks the number of dispatches by hour for the last 24 hours.
When CAD transactions are exported from RIMS CAD, they are converted into records automatically read by FirePoint. As an added feature, the CAD Connector publishes web pages listing all Incident and Apparatus responses for the past 24 hours and 10 days.

Frontline Public Safety Solutions
The QA Tracker product is to provide evaluation forms to conduct audits on Body-Worn Cameras and Vehicle Cameras. It also includes forms for general employee performance evaluations. By using CAD date/time entries, RIMS will export CAD history information via a JSON file to Frontline. Once there, they will match up, based on the date/time and the incident information.
Garmin IPC GPS Import
The IPC is a service for professional and enterprise-level inReach customers.
Users employing this feature typically carry the Garmin inReach devices, specifically the inReach Mini 2 device, on their person. The interface provides a web service endpoint from Garmin to identify the RIMS Unit ID (and device ID), update Unit GPS locations, and store the polling details. These details can be searched and displayed on RIMS Map.

N-DEX FBI Data Exchange
N-DEx complements other well-known FBI systems, such as the National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Interstate Identification Index (III), and Next Generation Identification (NGI), which provide critical information to the criminal justice community. Information not contained in those systems, i.e., incident and case reports, full Department of Justice (DOJ) case files, and corrections data, is available in N-DEx. Peregrine Integration Overview
Peregrine is a data analytics platform designed to support law enforcement agencies in sharing, analyzing, and managing data.

With PulsePoint, your RIMS CAD alerts CPR-trained bystanders about a nearby EMS event through the PulsePoint Respond mobile app and lets them know the location of the closest AED.
RapidSOS
Receive vital incident information from wireless devices (Android, iOS, MedicAlert, Avaya/911, and many more) including faster and precise location information, text to CAD, automated call-routing, emergency types, and medical and demographic information.

RIMS CAD seamlessly transfers Incident call information to Streetwise CADlink, so first responders can use this application to view Incident location, routing, hydrant displays, etc.
Tablet Command
Tablet Command queries RIMS CAD to populate information in Tablet Command including CAD Incident information, ability to view and change Unit and Status information, view mapping information, stage Units, and more.
TDEx Texas Data Exchange
The Texas Data Exchange (TDEx) system compiles law enforcement incident records and other non-intelligence criminal justice information into a central state repository for sharing across jurisdictional lines. The information is available through the National Data Exchange (N-DEx) for law enforcement and criminal justice purposes.
The most significant value of TDEx is realized in the wealth of information it brings to criminal investigations. Data about incidents, suspects, booking and incarceration records, and other criminal justice information is contributed by Texas agencies. Access to this data is provided by the Texas Department of Public Safety (TXDPS) to authorized users at no cost to the local agency.
Thales Cogent Livescan System
Improve data accuracy and reduce time entering duplicate information into livescan devices. From RIMS RMS or InCustody, person demographics, and arrest information are transferred quickly and seamlessly to Thales Cogent AFIS/Livescan devices.
TraCS Citation Transfer
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from TraCS. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported seamlessly from the e-citation platform into RIMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.
Trancite Easy Street Draw
Seamlessly integrates with RIMS RMS for diagramming crash reports. All that is required is a Trancite license attached to the RIMS workstation.
TurboData e-Citations
RIMS RMS has a standard e-citation import from TurboData. Offender, vehicle, violation, and other information are imported seamlessly from the e-citation platform into RIMS. A PDF image of the citation can also be attached to RIMS.
TYLER Warrants
RIMS RMS transfers agency Warrant information from RIMS to Tyler Warrants. This includes warrant information including offender, violation, fines and bonds, vehicle, and address information.
California Department of Justice Use of Force Incident Reporting
Multiple use-of-force elements can be collected as a feature available to all agencies and included in our RIMS Case and InCustody Jail Incident sections. We export these reports to the California Department of Justice URSUS as part of RIMS and InCustody.
