Welcome to Summit Prep. By accessing or using our website, tutoring services, or any related platforms, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or enrolling in tutoring services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Services Provided

Summit Prep offers academic tutoring, standardized test preparation, college counseling, and related educational services. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove services at any time.

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

Scheduling is done by appointment. Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session by emailing [email protected] or calling 908-277-0128.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice result in a missed session fee equal to the full cost of the scheduled session. If a rescheduled session is later missed or canceled, both the original and rescheduled session may incur fees.

4. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay in full for all tutoring services. Accepted payment methods include:

• Credit or debit card (subject to a 3% convenience fee)
• ACH or direct debit from a bank account (no extra fee)
• Check payments for packages only

Cash payments are not accepted. A valid credit or debit card or ACH account must remain on file. Charges are processed after each completed session or according to package agreements.

Package purchases are non refundable. Any unused balance may be transferred to another service or to another child and expires five (5) years from the purchase date.

5. Tutor Policies and Restrictions

Clients agree not to hire, contract, or receive tutoring services from any Summit Prep tutor outside of Summit Prep during or after that tutor’s employment with us.

Tutor availability may vary. If a tutor takes planned leave, we may assign another tutor or reschedule sessions based on availability.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Summit Prep does not guarantee specific academic or test score outcomes. We provide professional instruction and educational guidance, but results depend on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Use of Website

You agree not to:

• Misuse the website
• Interfere with server or network operations
• Attempt to access data that does not belong to you
• Use the website in any unlawful manner

All content on this site is the property of Summit Prep and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, including text, graphics, logos, videos, and educational resources, are owned by Summit Prep. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any material without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Summit Prep is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, service interruptions, or outcomes related to academic or testing performance. Your use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Privacy

Your use of the website and tutoring services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle personal information.

11. Session Recordings for Quality Assurance

Virtual sessions may occasionally be recorded for internal training and quality assurance purposes only. These recordings are not shared externally.

12. Photo and Video Authorization

Clients may optionally grant permission for Summit Prep to use testimonials, photos, or videos for marketing or promotional purposes. This is handled through a separate authorization form.

13. Termination of Services

We may suspend or terminate services at our discretion. If a package is canceled by Summit Prep, we will convert used hours to the appropriate package rate and refund any resulting difference.

14. External Links

Our website may contain links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
