Coaching for Performance is a two-day, hands-on workshop that equips leaders and managers with essential coaching skills to elevate individual and team performance. Grounded in International Coaching Federation (ICF)core competencies, the program helps leaders and managers shift from a directive mindset to a coaching approach that builds accountability, ownership, and growth. Participants practice asking powerful questions, listening with intention, providing effective feedback, and leading goal-focused conversations.
Through interactive exercises and real-world application, leaders and managers leave with practical tools they can immediately use to improve engagement, strengthen development, and foster a culture of trust and sustained performance.

COACHING FOR STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP
Coaching for Strategic Leadership is a two-day, immersive workshop that equips senior executives with the skills and mindset to coach their executive team and accelerate the development of the next generation of leaders. The program positions coaching as a strategic leadership capability that strengthens the development of succession pipelines and leadership readiness, and supports long-term organizational success.
Designed for a small cohort, the experience blends foundational coaching frameworks with peer dialogue, reflection, and real-world application. Participants deepen self-awareness, refine their coaching presence, and leave with practical approaches they can immediately apply in strategic conversations with emerging and high-potential leaders. This workshop serves as both an introduction to coaching at the executive level and a catalyst for embedding coaching as a core leadership practice across the organization.
