The Institute for Emerging Leaders is the life-changing leadership program perfect for developing the high-potential employees in your organization into future leaders.
Throughout the course of three, 2-day experiences, future leaders will learn to think differently, build meaningful relationships, and lead effectively. This intensive learning experience meets the needs of an emerging leader and addresses the necessary competencies to lead effectively.
