GET TO KNOW HOLLY OSBURN
Holly K. Osburn is a Professor of Management, the chair of the Management Department and the Director of Broncho Business Leaders (aka 2B Leaders) at the University of Central Oklahoma.
She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Oklahoma. She teaches organizational culture, leadership development, and teams at both the MBA and undergraduate levels. She built an award-winning leadership development program within the College of Business that provides hands-on learning opportunities and a one-to-one mentorship program. She enjoys the opportunity to train and write for STRATA Leadership and consult for local companies.
Holly believes that good leadership can change the world and wants to help others to lead well.
Holly is an avid concert goer, takes every opportunity to travel and loves spending time with her family of five. She and her husband, State Representative Mike Osburn have three children and live in Edmond, OK.
